Our Learning Process

Modular Learning Process

  • The general objective is broken down into a series of sub-objectives that correspond to the intermediate stages of the modules.
  • The skill-building modules constitute the intermediate stages for achieving the final objective of the learning process.
  • Each module is a subset of the global training space, and also includes the 3 dimensions: content, process, purpose.
  • Evaluation tools (self-evaluation and/or 360°) allow participants to evaluate their starting point and end point with respect to the skills that they wish to acquire.
  • Learning experiences integrate and consolidate the content, the process and the training objective - training games, outdoor sessions, coaching and team building.
