Coaching, guidance and training
achieving desirable transformation

Our Learning Process

Our Methodology

  • TRANSFORMATIONAL APPROACH

We support people in their transformational process, touching their values, stimulating their thinking, engaging their heart and courage

We help people to connect to their human potential and to integrate an even more successful and reinforcing way of thinking and of interacting with others.

  • COOPERATIVE APPROACH
Increased effectiveness
in learning
The learner's whole person is involved: emotional and cognitive dimension;

The learning environment encourages initiatives to be taken allowing mistakes;

The emphasis is on the ability of participants to "learn to learn";

Developing empowerment

Participants are responsible for their own learning, and co-responsible with the facilitator for the results of the training;

The facilitator is a catalyst, resource for the participants.

Collective intelligence

The objective is to create a common reference framework and the conditions for a collective experience from which learning results;

Everyone is invited to play a very active role: participate, interact and share experiences in order to enhance the group's capacity to solve problems and take action together.

  • MOTIVATIONAL APPROACH

The motivation of adults to learn is increased when:

    • they actively participate in the seminar
    • they share their experiences and resources with others
    • they apply theory to situations and examples actually experienced

The facilitator actively assists participants in the learning process through:
discussions - exchanges between the participants - small groups activities - self-evaluation questionnaires and 360° evaluations - exercises - role playing - video work - real and fictional case studies - pre and post session actions carried out by participants.
