Will Schutz : THE HUMAN ELEMENT

By providing an integrated approach to all human issues in an organization, The Human Element ä allows individuals and team to focus on the underlying causes of behaviour such as incompatibilities and rigidities that block successful performance.

It helps individuals enhance self-esteem by strengthening the spirit of self-responsibility and fostering an atmosphere of openness in the work place.

The Human Element is an intensive seminar. This seminar includes brief lectures, experiential training, scientifically valid self-assessment questionnaires, group feedback, individual and team simulations, skills practice, large team activities, all with professional facilitation.

TEAM MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Charles Margerison and Dick Mc Cann have developed the TEAM MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS. It provides a set of coherent models and instruments enhancing individual and team performance. The TMS wheel is the heart of the methodology. It associates the key-functions of a team and the individual preferences (Jung). The tools allow analyzing and improving team-, leadership- and individual performance.

WALK the TALK

The WALK the TALK Company is specialized in finding practical solutions dealing with existing Values-Mission-Vision in the company. Eric Harvey et Alexander Lucia developed a " Walk the Talk " aiming at identifying the "valley of contractions" between value and behavior, activate the existing values and motivate participants in making the step from intention to specific behavior. In other words "walk the talk".

Appreciative Inquiry

One of the main methods we will be using in this consultation is Appreciative Inquiry. This is a simple technique with a complex background. It has been used successfully all over the world to consult with people and learn from their experiences, to involve a whole community in change and development and to build a vision for the future that everyone can share and help put into practice.
Appreciative Inquiry is a technique that can easily be learned and adapted for a range of situations. We believe that as well as being a good surveying method, it can also be of benefit in a community training session. It is an approach that involves and engages people. It encourages listening and communication skills and above all it empowers individuals and demonstrates respect for their views.

SixSeconds : developing Emotional Intelligence
